The Hotel Star inn Porto has just completed the Five Stars certification | Safe Spot, awarded by the Five Stars Prize and Bureau Veritas, one of the most renowned certification bodies in the world.
The Seal attests to health security and the measures adopted to prevent Covid-19 from the unit managed by Hoti Hotels.
The Five Stars | Safe Spot is the first and only methodology for evaluating consumer and brand experience with health certification, for hotels, restaurants, and other leisure services. Certification is carried out through two different assessments.
In the first phase, Bureau Veritas conducts a health assessment to ensure that the brands comply with the authorities’ instructions, carrying out an audit. In a second phase, the Five Stars Prize goes ahead with satisfaction surveys and a market study to assess the satisfaction and perception of the brand with the consumer.
Rigorous evaluations ensure that only brands of excellence can display the Five Stars | Safe Spot, helping consumers to regain confidence in Portuguese tourism.
“The Five Stars Seal | Safe Spot proves the high level of security and the correct adaptation of the Star inn Porto in relation to Covid-19. Through the certification of its units, Hoti Hoteis intends to guarantee safe stays and transmit confidence, well-being and security to its customers and guests, so that they can return to their trips in total tranquility” explains Miguel Proença, CEO of Hoti Hoteis.
